Adjusting BMP format conversion settings
Bitmap is a home Windows raster format, which is used practically for all possible
raster data storage. Read this article

In most cases, to adjust conversion settings for this format you should only
select available color depth from Color depth equal to
dropdown menu.
The following boxes can be used to adjust additional parameters of the output
format. They appear on the screen when you click more>> link.
Rows directions – use this dropdown list to specify
direction of rows: bottom-up (default) or top-down.
Quantization equal to - use this dropdown list to specify
quantization. This box is only available if 1, 4 or 8 bpp is selected in Color
depth equal to list.
Using dithering - use this dropdown list to switch dithering
on/off. This box is only available if 1, 4 or 8 bpp is selected in Color
depth equal to list.
